- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always given up front so the customers feel comfortable on the investment into their home
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always give a half hour call before arriving, we then would go over the needs of the client, and then upon approval of the work, we would begin the installation/repair. We put strong emphasis on communication with our clients throughout the entire process to insure no mistakes are made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of FL as a master electrician. I also am certified by Cutler hammer, Generac, and have ran around 8,000 residential service calls.
