- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer would reach out and we would discuss what they are interested in doing. We answer as quickly and efficient as possible. We then set up a time to do a free measurement where we discuss in more detail the project. Regarding how the process of the installation would be, the timeframe the customer would like, etc. After the measurement we send out an estimate the same day we try to be as efficient as possible. After if the customer wants to move forward we start get the ball rolling. Depending on how big the installation is we try to be done with the project in a day to a week maximum. We try to as quick as we can but with great outcomes!

We have worked with a variety of different people commercial and residential. We have 23 years in experience and business in the flooring installation!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
About a week ago we had a project of 1,500sq ft to install engineered hardwood flooring. And we were able to complete the installation in a day with the best outcome and as efficient we could for the customer!
