We provide free written estimates after an initial consultation. Pricing varies by project scope and materials — from smaller remodels starting around $10,000 to full custom home builds and commercial build-outs in the $250,000+ range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, then review the space or plans to scope the work. From there we provide a detailed written estimate, set a draw schedule, and manage everything — permits, trusted subcontractors, and every phase through final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Florida State Certified General Contractor (License CGC1537126) with hands-on experience in residential remodeling, custom home construction, and commercial tenant build-outs — plus a background as a former restaurateur, which gives me a unique edge on restaurant/food-service build-outs specifically.
