I supplied the trim and baseboard materials and doors, and he installed all the baseboards, sills and trim for 8 windows, trim and installation of 14 doors and 3 folding doors, 1 sliding glass door and shelving for 7 closets. He hung all doors and installed the door handles. All doors were hung perfectly so they don’t swing open or close on their own. Regardless of the position of the opened door, they stay put. Pavel took great car so every board was perfectly aligned and secure to the framing. Lintel corners were glued and nailed. Pavel was always on time, very meticulous, efficient, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I paid him more than he bid because he did such a great job and I felt obligated to compensate him accordingly. We’ve had so many compliments on the finish/carpentry work in our basement.
