needed a fast fix of AC Several companies said the system is too old and would not even look at it. IDR did a quick check and found the major components were good and the problem was in the signal connection. His inspection revealed the signal cable had its insulation worn away shorting out the fuse. He rerouted the signal to two good wires in the 8 wire cable, put protection at the wear point and all is running well.

Kurt and his brother and son were very polite, had my lennox hvac totally installed within 4 hours, and such a deal I got from him, since he and his family are both distributors and installers of these units. He has no overhead so I got a very good price. I was very happy with the way the installation went and he explained The proper way to maintain in between check ups . If anyone wants to contact me in a year from this date to see if I have had any issues, I will gladly respond. A 3 yr parts and labor and 10 year manufacture is pretty much the norm for most hvacs And its if in three years I want to extend the warranty, then I can do that as well. So thank you again kurt for being patient while my daughter and I did some research and allowed time to get other quotes, and such.Well done, GOOD JOB! To u , ur brother and ur son! Hope to see you in 6 months for our check up!.Mary prefontaine ( florida)
