We were very impressed with the entire process . Tom did an amazing job from the estimate to the finished product , Tom was in touch every step of the way. Jorge the installer was meticulous and professional . Our tiled floor is beautiful and installed to perfection. We highly recommend Footprints Floors !

The tile contractor was punctual and very well skilled. The work followed a detailed plan of steps and materials.

I would highly recommend Footprints Floors! Tom was wonderful to work with. He is a great communicator and very kind. I had 3 different jobs done by Footprints: job 1: the whole house tile floor broken up and removed and new tile put down (except bathrooms). Toms crew did the job quickly and efficiently .Our new tile floor is beautiful! Job 2: I asked Tom to refinish oak floors with a more natural look, His team came in a did a beautiful job and I love the new look! Job 3: Tile 2 bathrooms , turn one tub into a shower, tile the floors, decorative wall, add niches in showers and add a decorative band in showers. He also did kitchen backsplash and a platform area in family room. Big win here! Toms guy did a phenomenal job and his attention to detail was unmatched. I cant say enough good things about Footprints. We will definitely be using Footprints for any future flooring work. Thanks Tom!

My wife and I were quite impressed with Footprints Floors North Central Florida. Tom, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable about wood flooring installation. Note: We sourced the flooring material from another contractor as they had exactly what we wanted before contacting Footprints for the installation. We opted to take bids for the installation and selected Footprints.)Charles, from Footprints, performed the work, which included removal of the existing LVT flooring along with the quarter-round, prepping the bare concrete flooring, installing the wood flooring with adhesive, installing new quarter round and cleaning up in a very long 12 hour day. Charles was very professional and knowledgeable about the flooring installation.We would hire Footprints again if we ever have another flooring upgrade to do.

Tom is truly a professional. He knows his work and his crew is absolutely the best. They took the time to understand our desires and made it all come together. We had a unique tile pattern and they executed it perfectly. The setting of the tile and the joint spacing was excellent. I highly recommend Tom for any tile / flooring project that you may have. He makes it happen!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
