- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can very on every project. I feel it is best to look at the job with the customer and discuss factors to properly price project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it is important to be on time when first meeting with a potential client. Then to listen to there needs so I can properly price the project. Also communication on the work performed so we both understand the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having over 35 years of construction background and family business in the Marion county area. Been involved in building many of retirement developments such as Spruce Creek, Oak Run,The Villages and many independent builders as well.
