I needed to have a two bedroom villa painted and wood floors installed in the two bedrooms. I found Tim Millar on Thumbtack. He is very professional and reasonable. Most important is that Tim does the job correctly! The quality of the work is top-notch. He also replaced my bathroom faucet and did work beyond what I expected. I will definitely use him again for all my home repair and improvement projects. I can not express how happy I am with his work. I highly recommend him. Tim does it all!

Mr Millar painted the inside of my home, remodeled my master bathroom and then painted the outside of my home. His work quality is excellent. He was very professional and showed up everyday on time. When the work was finished he cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend him in the future.

Tim is very friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He went above and beyond to satisfy the scope of work that need to be done. I live out of state and he helped me spiff up a rental property. Everything from painting to electrical, central heat and air, light fixtures, small plumbing issues. When problems arose he let me know immediately and took care of it. He is now my go to guy! Thanks Tim!

Since I was new to the area, I did not have any reference for a painter which I needed before my furniture was delivered. I chose Millar Home Services for the job and am so happy I did. I was in a time crunch and needed the painting done quickly. That usually means that the quality is going to suffer. Not so with Millar. Tim and Mike hit the ground running and did an exquisite job in not the 3 days he quoted me, but instead they were finished in 2. They were professional, on time, clean and respectful. Who could ask for more? I highly recommend using Millar Home Services for anything you need around the home. Thanks Tim and Miguel!!!

Pricing can very on every project. I feel it is best to look at the job with the customer and discuss factors to properly price project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it is important to be on time when first meeting with a potential client. Then to listen to there needs so I can properly price the project. Also communication on the work performed so we both understand the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having over 35 years of construction background and family business in the Marion county area. Been involved in building many of retirement developments such as Spruce Creek, Oak Run,The Villages and many independent builders as well.
