3T restorations, especially Robert, did a phenomenal job on the work that I’ve had to have done so far. His people were always here on time as well as he. He was readily available by text email or phone call whenever you need to talk to him. I had a water leak that left 3 inches of water throughout my home and then we got a mold issue, Robert, again has done a phenomenal job. I would hire him again in a split second!!

We have worked with Robert twice now and have been very thankful for his help & expertise as we’ve navigated our mold issues. From our initial protocol & testing on our first round then remediating our second (& fingers crossed final) round- he made it easier to navigate this nightmare. We recommend him and will use him again (but really hope we never have to!)

We had a leak in our hallway around our hot water heater and A/C unit. Moisture had gotten under our wood laminate floor boards and the padding underneath that. We fixed the leak but we figured the moisture could likely lead to mold--unfortunately we waited to act and didn't address the issue right away. When my wife started to get sick we called Robert at 3T Restoration. After the presence of mold was confirmed, Robert took the time to explain the remediation process in detail. He worked with our landlord and me to coordinate an unobtrusive schedule that worked for everyone. He removed the floor boards, padding and some drywall onto which mold was spreading. He cleaned up and left no residual dust or mess. He used an antimicrobial spray on the remediated area and ran an industrial grade HEPA air purifier aimed in every direction in our apartment. Everything was done in 2 days! Robert is a true professional with incredible customer service bona-fides. I recommend him highly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will never charge you for an inspection. Our mold and water damage inspections are completely Free. 3T Restoration offers a 10% discount to our 1st Responders and Military Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st, 3T Restoration will verify your address and phone number for new customers. 2nd, we will schedule an appointment based on your availability. 3rd, we will inspect your property for no charge or obligation. Finally, we will educate and discuss your options if there's possible mold or water damage visible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Education but practiced Human Resources Management for over 25 years. I received my license for Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation in 2019 after working in the restoration industry for 5 years.
