Would not recommend this company or ever use it again. We moved from Spring Hill Fl. to Winchester Va. in 2013. 95% if not move of our household items we either broken or destroyed. Sean the owner of this said company never came when they moved us out to ensure everything was done properly nor did he take responsibility for anything that was destroyed Also the ad states they use shrink wrap and furniture pads well they never used any when we moved.Just a bad bad choice on our part in choosing a mover. My advise don't believe a word he says he is a liar just to get the business.

There are two sides to every story. There was not 95% of the move damaged according to the claim that was made. For the couple pieces that were, we offered to have them shipped to our technician here in Florida at our expense or submit the claim through insurance. The customer decided to accept the claim but refused to give an address for the insurance check to be sent to. Unfortunately on the rare occasion an accident does happen, participation by both parties are needed to complete the transaction and that did not happen in this case.
