I strive to make my services transparent, fair, and convenient. Here’s what you should know: Upfront Quotes – I provide clear pricing before your appointment, so there are no surprises. Standard Fees – Florida notary fees apply, and additional charges may apply for mobile travel, after-hours, or weekend appointments. Flexible Options – I offer mobile notarization, Remote Online Notarization (RON), and loan signing services, with fees based on the type and complexity of the document(s). Discounts – Discounts may be available for multiple documents, repeat clients, or referrals. Convenience Matters – While I offer competitive pricing, my goal is to provide reliable, accurate, and fast service, including evenings, weekends, and last-minute appointments. I make sure every client knows the cost upfront and receives exceptional service that’s worth every penny.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact You reach out through Thumbtack, phone, or text with details about the document(s) you need notarized. I respond promptly to confirm availability and answer any questions. Review & Quote I review your request, explain the notarization requirements, and provide a clear, upfront quote—no surprises. Schedule the Appointment We schedule a time that works best for you, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours when needed. Services are available mobile or online (RON) throughout Florida. Document Preparation I confirm what to bring (valid ID, witnesses if required, unsigned documents) so everything goes smoothly at the appointment. Notarization / Signing I arrive on time (or meet securely online), verify identities, complete the notarization accurately, and ensure all documents are executed in compliance with Florida notary laws. Completion & Delivery Documents are returned immediately after signing. If requested, I can assist with scan-backs, drop-offs, or shipping. Follow-Up I confirm completion and remain available for any follow-up questions or future notarization needs.
