- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My travel planning and booking services are completely complimentary. Select services, including flight-only bookings, will involve a service fee, which will always be disclosed before booking. I believe planning your dream vacation should be exciting, not stressful or expensive. As an independent Travel Advisor affiliated with Archer Travel, I have access to a wide variety of trusted travel suppliers, vacation packages, and promotional offers to help you find options that fit your travel preferences and budget. I strive to find the best available value for every client, whether you're booking a weekend getaway, an all-inclusive resort, a family vacation, or a luxury cruise. Transparency is important to me. I'll help you understand your options, pricing, deposits, and any applicable supplier fees before you book. Depending on the travel provider, payment plans or flexible payment options may also be available, My goal is simple: to save you time, simplify the planning process, and help you create unforgettable travel memories without the added cost of a travel planning fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Let's Get Acquainted! I start by getting to know you and your travel goals. We'll discuss your ideal destination, travel dates, budget, number of travelers, and any special preferences or experiences you're hoping to enjoy. Whether you have a specific destination in mind or need a little inspiration, I'm happy to help! 2. Personalized Travel Research Once I understand what you're looking for, I'll research available options through my trusted travel suppliers. I'll compare accommodations, vacation packages, cruises, flights, and other travel arrangements to find options that best suit your interests and budget. 3. Review Your Options I'll present my recommendations, explain the details, and answer any questions you may have. There's never any pressure to book! I want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in your travel decisions. 4. Booking Your Getaway Once you've selected your preferred option, I'll guide you through the booking process, explain payment requirements, and help coordinate your travel arrangements. Payments are processed securely through the travel supplier. 5. Preparing for Your Adventure My assistance doesn't end when your vacation is booked! I'll help you understand important travel details, documentation requirements, and other informational you may need before departure. 6. Enjoy Your Vacation! My goal is for you to feel prepared, excited, and confident as you begin your journey, knowing that the important details have been thoughtfully arranged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My completed training and certifications include: Evolution Travel – Travel Advisor training and certification. Universal Orlando Resort – Specialized training and certification focused on Universal Orlando vacations, accommodations, attractions, and vacation planning. Norwegian Cruise Line University – Earned the Bachelors Degree designation through NCL's travel advisor education program. ALGVacations Pro I am also continuing my professional development through additional supplier and destination-specific training, including the Princess Cruises Alaska Expert program. My education focuses on understanding travel destinations, cruise lines, resorts, vacation packages, booking procedures, and the many details involved in creating a successful travel experience.
