- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge hidden fees, I don't upsell materials,, My hourly rate is fair, I am not greedy or money driven, just an honest price for honest work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, then usually a few questions about what the customer wants completed, I try to understand there vision of what they want, and if possible offer suggestions to improve upon that vision
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have many certifications and a bachelor degree from university of Phoenix and have received several awards.
