Nick was a life saver. After waiting for weeks for another handyman to show up and do the job as agreed, i decided I needed to find someone else. Introduce myself, then usually a few questions about what the customer wants completed, I try to understand there vision of what they want, and if possible offer suggestions to improve upon that vision
