Said was coming one day for an estimate and then called last minute saying couldn’t and then completely ghosted the next day for another scheduled estimate. Went into work late 2 days in a row for this. As a business owner this is TERRIBLE customer service. Please DO NOT use this company.

Just moving here from Arizona and needing a backyard overhaul and clean up on my whole property, I turned to Thumbtack like I have used previously in Arizona. Wow! I couldn’t have found a better landscaper! Jose responded immediately when I sent in a request and he was at my property within an hour and finish the work into days. I am extremely satisfied with Jose and his father and crew and I would hire them in a heartbeat again! Anyone looking for an amazing company to do your landscaping, JIL Services will do the job!
