I don’t know why when you check our washer with 2 towels inside, it was fine. But, I did aVERY SMALL amount of clothes, it still didn’t drain. When the cycle was over, my clothes were soaked. I used warm water, normal cycle and a different detergent as advised. I will call a plumber to see if perhaps that’s the problem, but if it is not, I think you should come back and check with a normal load instead of two towels. Thank much for coming.

I called Mark appliance Monday 11/23 at about 1:30. They were able to got me into their day between the window of 4 and 7. Normally you would expect to see a tech at the end of the window but Evgeny got to my house at 4! He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and reassured me it was fixable. The fridge was not staying cold. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it in about an hour and it now works perfect. the price was very affordable. Hopefully we never need a repair again but if I do, I will be calling this company and referring anyone to them! Also we got a 90 day guarantee. It is just a cherry on top of an already amazing situation. Just in time for the holiday! Thank you so much!
