- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing I always try to offer a fair price. I believe fair pricing leads to future business. I recently added discounts for veterans, first responders, seniors and repeat customers. Please ask if you are in one these categories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I like to know what their vision is of the project. I also want to get an understanding of their budget and timeline so I can offer them the best service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learned most through experience and working with my father and construction.
