I would personally like to thank Spencer for coming to the rescue. Another company cancelled without notice and Adifex came to rescue me. I’ll start off with the fact that I, myself, am a real estate investor, realtor and former contractor. I’ve been in the real estate world for over 10 years and I work with a lot of construction professionals and can say that aedifix construction was one of the best crews I’ve ever worked with. Submitted a request for a quote on day 1, received a call back same day and scheduled a meeting to see the job, guys were out the following business day and finished 1 day later. Total of 4 days from call to finish. I’m a picky customer too and Spencer and Kendall answered all my questions with no bs. Will definitely work with them again. They replaced a leaking pool skimmer for me, pics are before and after.

As a first time homeowner, ædifex construction was the perfect partner for me to redo my kitchen. They walked me through everything I needed to do and guided me through the process. It was a pleasure working with Melvin, Cherise and Doug throughout this process. I knew I could trust them from start to finish. There were no major change orders and they made sure to double check before starting that everything was correct. I will 100 percent be using them for my next home project and would recommend them highly for your next project as well. I’ve included some before and after photos for comparison.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
aedifex sets pricing based upon the average across Pinellas and surrounding counties. No price is set in stone. Being fair and equitable is essential. There is always room to negotiate. We always encourage our customers to "Name Their Price". This is something that eliminates the back/forth resulting in giving the customer a sense of ease allowing them to work within their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to listen to the customers' needs more so than to tell them what we think they need. Communication is essential to getting the job done efficiently and effectively. We schedule a time to stop by the customers home to view the project. We listen, discuss and suggest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of experience working with construction, I've also acquired a residential and roofing contractors license and a 2 year degree in industrial engineering.
