- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is strictly based on the menu and client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I like to hear the clients vision. It is my goal to make their experience as close to their reality as possible. I then come up with an initial menu and give the client the opportunity to make suggestions. Once the menu is finalized, an invoice is sent to collect a deposit for service and we're off and running to bringing that special occasion to life.

I am a Certified Culinary Artist, actively working on my A.S. in Culinary Management.
