- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start be having a "desires" meeting. Let's talk about the capacity of your chosen venue, your menu options and budget, the style of the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking as a young girl with the assistance of my Grandmother. The love of food and presentation continues to grow. My family and I cooked evening meals for our church for years before we decided to take it on full time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
