Karen's Catering provided an excellent dinner for our church congregation (150 attendees). The food was delicious and ready for serving immediately after our late service. I've had the blessing of being (wonderfully) fed by Karen and her expert crew many times over nearly 20 years. The food has always been plentiful and delicious. But these days, most anyone can put together a great meal. What sets Karen's Catering far apart from the rest of crowd is an amazing attention to detail and unmatched customer service. She and her crew really care-- deeply-- and it shows in everything they do. Especially the delicious food! I highly recommend.

Karen is an excellent caterer, professional all the way. She is prompt, takes pride in what she does, is a great cook and offers options to suit the occasion. Service was absolutely perfect! Karen really made us feel like family and took care of our every need and question in a timely manner! The food for our wedding reception was superb! All our guests loved it and had nothing bad to say! Even in the wake of a hurricane Karen ensured that everything would go off with only us getting hitched! 100 Percent would recomend and hire again for any catering needs. We had chicken and pork loin, root vegetables, salad, rolls and all the beverages we could want in iced tea, coffee, bottled water and lemonade. Ended up with a lot of extra food and Karen and her staff were making take away boxes for our guests since we had a reduced attendance due to the hurricane. Never had to worry about a thing. You cannot go wrong hiring Karen, she works hard and cares about her customers! Thank you so much for all your help and services, our day would not have been the same without you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start be having a "desires" meeting. Let's talk about the capacity of your chosen venue, your menu options and budget, the style of the event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking as a young girl with the assistance of my Grandmother. The love of food and presentation continues to grow. My family and I cooked evening meals for our church for years before we decided to take it on full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Food Service Director for Institute for Worship Studies since 1999. Preferred caterer for Grace Episcopal Church, Orange Park.
