Our technician was great. On the day of our maintenance appointment, we received the call from the office stating that they couldn't make it that day, and they helped me to reschedule the appointment. But AC Allstars tried their best to make it to us that day. I told him that I was on a conference call and couldn't stay with him. i asked him if he can go ahead if i open the side door to the back and garage so he could reach the internal unit. he said "no problem". he didn't bother me until he finished. he showed me picture of our internal unit and made recommendation how to prevent the future problem after he had done his job. I'll love to have Eli back next time..
