I have worked at such places as Sheraton Bal Harbour, Naples registry resort, University of Miami, and Mardi Gras Casino.
My catering experience includes menu planning, event coordinating, and staffing for Vizcaya Historical Museum, Vitas Medical Systems, Canard Cruise line, North Broward Prepatory School, Bank United, Solomon Smith Barney Financial, and The Fed-Ex Orange bowl committee, providing all aspects of event setup.
