This is the best dog service I have ever tried. They're respectable and my dogs seem to love the company of these two!

She came to my house the night before she was supposed to start. She brought her entire family over unannounced (Which I have no problem with, but warn me first considering I had others over as well). Once she arrived her mother tried asking for more money, which was well above what we had agreed upon, putting me in an uncomfortable spot. We agreed for her to start the next day; however she never bothered to show up. As a matter of fact, her mother texted me saying "she had made a poor decision today and would not be working for me." Neither her or her mother offered to at least help me for the day, so I was left without a sitter. Incredibly unprofessional of her and I would not recommend her to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for dog walking depends on how many dogs is being walked and how long. For 1-3 dogs being walked for 10-20 minutes will be $20, giving dogs a bath or giving it some companionship will be from 1-3 hours the cost will be $35. If anyone that needs someone to take your cat outside or any of the options that I have for cats the cost for any of the activities or needed items it will be $15.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We spend most of our time from growing up with animals and have a lot of experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by walking our neighbors dogs and friends of friends.
