- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be competitive while keeping in mind that our clients need a great value for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a customer I speak with them to clarify what the job entails. We confirm or adjust the quoted price accordingly. If the job is over 500 we require half up front to get the job on the schedule and the rest is due upon completion. We do business this way because it protects the customer as well as protects us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband is from Cuba and has been painting for over 20 years. I convinced him that he should start his own business, so we did. I find the work and handle the contracts and he does the painting. I help him on the weekends since I am a teacher Monday-Friday.
