I dropped off my glass at coastal on June 14th, spoke to Sean a week later found out he would have my class by the first week of July. I told him I would be on vacation. I've been back from vacation for a week I've called 6 times soak to his wife twice she promised to contact him and call me back. I received no call back and my glasses still not ready. I don't know whether they are avoiding my phone calls because every time I called there was no answer, and you cannot leave a voicemail very disappointed with this small business. I have a coffee table that has no glass in it and is becoming a hazard in our home with 6 small children. shame on you coastal for treating a customer that's way.
