- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My firm doesn’t have much overhead so we are able to keep the prices down. We will offer a 10% discount to military and veterans (must show proof).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information as possible about the scope of the project. We ask a lot of questions to gain knowledge and an understanding of the flow of the business. We maintain an excellent level of communication at all times to ensure the clients’ needs are met!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a bachelors degree in Accounting and I am QuickBooks Certified.
