- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a flat fee of $30/hr. However, I do offer monthly, quarterly & annual rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will respond to a customer by telephone, email or text to go over the unique needs of the individual. We then will set a plan of action whether that is meeting in person first, or diving right into financial analysis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an accountant and full charge bookkeeper my entire working career. With over 10 years of experience working with a vast majority of businesses from retail to construction to manufacturing. I have my accounting degree, as well as certifications through QuickBooks and am an authorized tax preparer.
