Introduction: No one person is the same. I treat each client as the individuals they are. I don't have a "program" to force you through. As a teacher I increase what works and help students get rid of what doesn't. My career path made me who I am, but the same could be said in reverse. I chose the entertainment business, not because I wanted to be famous, but because I understood the dynamics of popular culture and its influence on our society. Finding my voice and character allowed me to chart my way through the world. I love more than anything helping people discover the same for themselves.

Lance Is a phenomenal instructor. He was able to get different ranges out of me to effectively host a show or event. He showed me different tones that i can use with my voice depending on the script. Not only he is a great instructor, but a great mentor to have.

Exacting. Enthusiastic. Encouraging. Lance creates a coaching culture that is open, honest, fun, and transformative, adding value not only to yourself, but your goals in the entertainment industry. As Lance's student, I was inspired as well as stretched beyond my comfort level as an actor and tv host. I gained more knowledge about authentic connection, delivery, inflection, tone, and flow; in other words: how to better tell "the story". Lance will press you further to where you need (and ultimately want) to be. As Lance is always one step ahead, make sure you write down any questions or take notes to follow up with him.
