- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is base off a base rating not to expensive or to cheap. I always tell anyone you pay for what you get. Great work is done right with passion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Trying to give them the best customer service I can help them understanding why and what I’m doing that way they too have knowledge of what is going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year degree in Criminal justice but ended up doing 7 plus years in plumbing residential and commercial but my specialties is Residential plumbing
