- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, for an event, the charge would be 25/hour. Holidays are 30/hour. For private parties, there would be no tip club displayed and that would be totally up to the client based on my service after the affair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the new customer to determine what I can do from the start to help them make this a pleasant and seamless experience. I can help them decide how much or what kinds of beverages will be needed along with the mixers and the fruit required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through John Michael Catering Company, Orlando, Florida where I continue to work on a part time/on call basis.
