Introduction: The value I provide through my services, comes as a result of 20+ years of experience and professional work ethics. I'm considered to be an analytical perfectionist, with an appreciation for architecture and arts. Initially, I learned drafting in high school. Although CAD has been around since the late 1950's, AutoCAD was still very new and not as popular. When I put lead to vellum, I remember the sense of creativity that used to come over me. I loved designing interesting and unique spaces. For me, it was an outlet into a world where there were no rules or codes to adhere by. It was shear imagination. My interest in architecture, soon became a passion. I decided that a career in architecture was my calling. In my third year of college, I decided it was time to upgrade my skills with the times. AutoCAD started gaining popularity, and I decided to take a 6 month course in CAD drafting and design. They started us with a program called VersaCAD, then moved on to AutoCAD R10. From the moment I saw the amazing things that could be done without a drawing board, I was hooked! For me, I continue to enjoy the same sense of creativity I had with the drawing board, but I also enjoyed seeing my work come to life on the screen. It simply a cleaner and more efficient way to represent your work. To sum it up, the ability to be creative, analytical, and a perfectionist about the work I do, is what I enjoy the most.
