Gomez Ac took care of me right away… I found them on thumbtack at 10pm Saturday night when my Ac went out and luckily was seen the next day at 11am on a Sunday! Probably got lucky with scheduling but I’m really happy with the service… Alex came through diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it right away! Alex did an amazing job at my business and the only regret I have is not finding him sooner. We have 3 a/c units and had to replace one a couple months ago, we have had constant issues ever since and the company that replaced the unit won't return my phone calls most of the time. I had customer complaints and the brand new unit shut down completely so I reached out to Gomez AC and scheduled them to come out tomorrow. Luis made it out today and spent a few hours there but got all 3 of my units running with no fuzz or buts and my employees have already told me that for the first time a customer complained it was too cold! We will continue reaching out to them to do maintenance from now on!

My A/C stopped working a few weeks ago. I called Gomez A/C services. I received a call within an hour. We talked for about 5 minutes . Then, he said. I'm not working in your area, today. However, with kids in the house, I will be over after, my appointments, Around 6pm.. Gomez called, he said he was on his way. It was 5:55pm. He had me, then. A businessman, that wants to do business, makes sense, right. He repaired the unit and explained, why the unit stopped working.
