- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call includes a thorough diagnosis of the problem for a flat fee. We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no hidden charges. If repairs are needed, we provide a detailed estimate before starting any work. We also offer competitive rates and sometimes discounts, depending on the job. Our goal is to give you reliable service at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their concerns and asking questions to fully understand the issue. Then I inspect the system, diagnose the problem, and explain any recommendations and what needs to be done in simple terms. I provide a clear estimate before starting any work. Once approved, I complete the job efficiently and always make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. My goal is to build trust and long-term relationships through honest, reliable service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school, earned my refrigeration license, and got certified in working with Lennox, Rheem, and Carrier systems. I also have 27 years of hands-on experience, which has taught me how to handle just about any HVAC issue out there.
