- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JCA HVAC, we believe in transparency and fairness. We charge an $85 diagnostic visit fee, which helps cover the cost of sending a highly trained technician and maintaining our high safety and quality standards. After diagnosis, we provide a detailed proposal with no hidden fees. We also offer flexible financing options with no minimum amount required, as well as seasonal promotions and discounts for recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on professionalism and efficiency from the very first interaction. Our process begins with scheduling a service call by phone. During the visit, we perform a thorough diagnosis and then send a detailed proposal via QuickBooks, where the customer can securely view and approve the estimate. Once approved, we coordinate the best day and time for the service and follow up with a confirmation call. Our goal is to make everything clear, simple, and stress-free for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JCA HVAC technicians hold all the required certifications to operate in the state of Florida and follow local code regulations. Our team has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, including specialized training in residential, commercial, and offshore equipment. We continuously update our knowledge through workshops and certifications to stay current with the latest industry advancements.
