Our facility treats medically fragile children, we require deep medical cleanings for their safety. After our prior janitorial company failed to meet our standards we called The Green Bucket. Edgard gave us a plan of action and they executed it as promised. From the walls to the ceiling vents had to be disinfected. The Green Bucket has kept our center very clean and free of any outbreaks. We are happy to recommend this company.

There is so much that I could say about this company. Every time I have used there service they come in with a smile and great professionalism. They are on time, work diligently, and create an atmosphere that helps my employees feel clean, safe, and at home. Without their work my office space would be dirty, and I dont trust other cleaning services with my cleaning needs.I have hired other companies in the past and every time I do a check they seem to miss things. The Green Bucket actually cleans things I never even knew needed to be cleaned. They have showed me areas that accumulate dust and dirt that if not cleaned can lead to health problems from inhaling. This leads to poor work performance and attendance that I cannot handle otherwise I would lose business, clients, and employees. Their attention to detail has helped me become more aware of cleaning even my own home.Theyre also personable and funny and enjoy what they do. I hire them because it feels like Im hiring family.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We do not believe in “standard” pricing as each client is unique in needs and expectations, just as many vendors provide different Quality of Service. Many factors are taken into consideration on each proposal that we generate for our clients.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We use a three-step process after we secure an account. The first one is to perform a walkthrough with the crew members that will be taking care of our clients. During this walkthrough, we identify areas of concern for the customer and neglected areas from the previous vendor. Second, at the end of our first week, we perform a thorough inspection of the premises and our services. We invite our client to be available to during the inspection. The purpose of this important step is to make sure we are performing our services as promised. If there were any deficiencies found during the inspection, we would conduct a second review the following week. Third, our office conducts a debriefing with our crew to find out special ways to improve our services to the client. We conduct our first and subsequent monthly inspections.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As the founder, I am trained and certified as an Environmental Hygienist, Green Cleaning procedures, and techniques, Safety & Security, and many others. All of our employees are trained and experienced in this industry.
