- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask the customer what is the problem and try to duplicate the problem. After getting a result from diagnostics, I will explain the customer what need to be done in order to fix the computer or device and tell the customer how much I will charge to fix it. After the customer agree with the solution and price, I proceed to repair de computer or device.
