- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, get information like the Name, Address and Email. Schedule an appointment on there availabilities. Show up on time to the appointment and go over the project together. At this time I will just listen and observe, if I see anything that might need to be addressed I would point that out to maintain the quality of work. I will proceed to get measurements and would ask if the customerif they have any additional questions. After that we part ways and they can expect a quote to be sent within 48hrs.
