I'm so happy with the services from Nick Congelossi for my son's drug charges. My son was in a bad situation and caught some charges for illegal substances Nick Congelossi was able to get my son into a pre trial diversion program and got his charges completely dropped. We then used Nick and his office to expunge the case and now my son doesn't have any criminal record at all. This is good now because my son will be looking into colleges this fall. We really liked working with Nick because he answered the phone every time we called and was always able to answer all kinds questions. The diversion program was great for my son, and Nick explained every step so I could understand what was happening with my kid.

I was in a serious violation of probation scenario and living in another state. I called Nick on a sunday at 7pm and he answered the call! We discussed all my options and he convinced me to take his advice and turn myself in to the court. His negotiation skills were so excellent, that the judge told me how lucky i was to have him as my attorney. Nick was responsive and professional throughout the entire ordeal. In the end, I had a potential 1 year sentence reduced to 25 days because he defended me so well. If you are scared, confused, and not sure your attorney cares enough; i understand the feeling. Attorney Congelossi prepared TWO motions for modification of my probation and BOTH were approved by the judge, even as the state's attorney was objecting. He made sure that all of the ducks were in a row, was clear and concise with what we were asking of the judge, and didn't waste the court's time with meaningless arguments. He was 110% honest with me and never gave me a feeling of false hope; like other attorneys do that lead you to believe that the world is all rainbows and sunshine. He explained both the pro's and the con's and made sure that we were prepared to achieve the best outcome but also gave me worst case scenarios.
