Ernesto is 100% the most professional Thumbtack handyman that I’ve met. I had recent shoulder procedure and couldn’t install my new shelving unit myself. I reached out to Ernesto after another Thumbtack professional never responded. Ernesto’s response time was under 15 min. He was able to fit me into his schedule the following day before the Thumbtack calendar availability reflected: 09:00 am EST vs 6:00 pm EST. Ernesto is skilled at his craft and extremely efficient/precise with his work. He is ever so kind and very respectful, 1st handyman who didn’t have issue with removing shoes at the door.
