- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For trouble calls which requires troubleshooting a problem, they start at $100 or higher depending of how long it takes to find the problem or cost of the repair. I also give a 10% discount to veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the project is medium size or there is a significant amout of materials to purchase, a deposit is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am state certified and have 25 years of experience in commercial and residential and light industrial. I am also OSHA 30 certified
