- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is negotiable. I will come out and evaluate/discuss job with client for a set service call rate of $50. If services decided to not be needed client will only pay a fee of $50. If services are determined to move forward and I am hired service call fee will be waived and will discuss job pricing and needs to complete service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once client notifies me of need for service. Will return communicate by phone, email or text on the details of the service to ensure I am the right fit for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in industrial, commercial and residential task. I am also currently enrolled in an hand-on AS Degree program for Electronics Technology which furthers strengthens many skills related to electrical tasks.
