Brian and his team provided a great experience for our grammas 80th birthday! I just returned from a trip to Orlando with friends and family to celebrate my husband turning 60. This was the first time we hired a personal chef and Mark he was a great choice for a very special birthday dinner. Mark is an amazing chef and a true professional who made every step look so simple, as he prepared the perfect meal for 23. Everything was delicious! From the hors d’oeuvres, incredible shrimp appetizer, “melt in your mouth sea scallops” (direct quote from the birthday boy) and beef that melted in our mouths too. If you live in the Orlando area or are renting a house or a condo for a trip to Orlando, I highly recommend “Mark Charles Your Personal Chef.” We look forward to more trips to Orlando and will definitely hire Mark again

Chef Kegon was responsive and took immediate ownership of our special night. It was our 38th anniversary, and the Chef and his assistant were magnificent. We began our conversation with the menu. There weren't any problems Chef Kegon couldn't handle. He showed up on time and got to work. We started with a Shrimp cocktail with traditional sauce. The shrimp were giant and tasted delicious. For our main course, we had a filet mignon cooked to perfection. To add to this epicurean delight, we had seasoned fingerling potatoes and haricot vert as sides. For dessert, he made us a light chocolate mousse with biscotti and berries. Because of Chef, our tastebuds awoke to flavors that we will not forget for a long time time. We can't thank him and his assistant for providing a spectacular evening. When he left, the kitchen was actually in better shape than when he arrived. It was our first time having a personal chef, and we will welcome Chef Kegon again into our home.

Jillian was extremely sweet and personable. She helped me through out the whole process and made it so easy. I asked for all organic ingredients and Halal meat and she delivered just that. All their food was delicious and I and my family enjoyed the experience of personal chef for my husband’s birthday. Haughty recommend them.

Maurice did a perfect Job. He told be he would arrive at 4:00PM and he arrived at 3:59PM. Told me ahead of time food was going to be ready at 5:30PM and it was right at that time. The food was excellent, from the appetizer, to the wine. He is a professional at this. This is an experience I think I will never forget, he made it so easy, romantic. He is the perfect guy for a personal chef experience.

Chef Paola Santagati was very professional and her food was amazing! She went above and beyond for a special dinner for two for my wife and I's anniversary. We had a 7 course meal that turned out to be a 8 or 9 course meal because of her generosity and every dish that she brought out was very delicious. She was patient with me as she helped me come up with an amazing menu that my wife and I would both really enjoy, which we were both blown away by. I said that she was patient because I knew I wanted to have a Personal Chef come to my house to cook for my wife and I's anniversary, but I had no clue on what I wanted as food, so even before I hired her she stuck with me for around a month to figure out the perfect menu. Also I mentioned a dessert that my wife would enjoy that in the final decision of the menu didn't make the cut, but Chef Paola brought it as extra dessert any way, along with some extra cookies that were her specialty that also weren't on the menu. She also made extra pasta which she let us keep and I was able to use it the next day for lunch at work. So again she went above and beyond. You can really tell that she loves what she does and I believe that she has found her calling. I highly recommend her for any of your personal Chef needs.

From our very first conversation with Chef JacQues, we instantly connected with him and he fully understood our vision for our wedding. When looking at his portfolio, we were captivated by his plating and elegance. His extreme professionalism, charisma, and talent made our decision to use his services so easy. Throughout our planning, Chef was very communicative, intentionally listened to our goals, and created the menu of our dreams for our wedding. He took time out of his personal schedule to come for a site visit, learn the venue, and asked thoughtful questions to ensure our day would run smoothly. His detailed timelines were appreciated by all of my vendors and gave me comfort in knowing I wouldn't have to think twice about anything on the day of the wedding. The food that we had at our wedding was truly the best meal I've ever had in my life. From the canapés to salad to our main course, every plate was put out on schedule, perfectly cooked (every bite of meat and fish was UNREAL), and plated like a work of art. Chef was incredibly accommodating for our vegan guest and made her a special plate that was just as incredible. Every guest at my wedding was absolutely blown away and is still talking about it a week later. This is a dinner we will NEVER forget. Chef's passion for cooking and lighthearted personality also added so much to our evening! Our guests loved watching him cook and appreciated the time he took to explain what was for each course and the intention behind his decisions. Not only was Chef amazing to work with, but his team was amazing! Everyone was highly professional and took care of every guests' needs as if they were the only one in the room. You can tell how much they all respect and adore Chef which speaks volumes to his leadership. I cannot wait to use Chef's services as often as possible for the rest of my life. I couldn't recommend him more if I tried! Look no further...I promise you will not regret it!

Chef Dameon and his team prepared a dinner for 30 at a home in Reunion. It was a very important event for my company and from the get go, he understood there was much riding upon this dinner. From our initial interactions via email and our pre-dinner calls, I knew he was the right chef for this event. We had six passed h'ors d'oeuvres (shrimp skewers, amazing!) as well as a beautiful cheese plate we added at the last minute. Our servers, Dan, Heather and Carlos were attentive to all our guests and responsive when we ran short, finding solutions on the go and generally making our guests feel welcome and cared for. We added two guests at the last minute, but Dameon was seemingly prepared for everything. He went out of his way to accommodate a vegetarian meal at the last minute and his vegetables and potatoes were OUT OF THIS WORLD. The lemon butter sauce that accompanied the fish entree was amazing and the filets were cooked to perfection. Dameon and his team left the kitchen cleaner than they found it (even mopping the floor). I would hire them all in an instant. On a personal note, when I might have freaked out a little about extra guests and whatnot, it was his calm nature and cheerful presence that made it all okay. He's aces in my book.

On 4/29 I posted an inquiry looking for a personal chef for a dinner party I was planning for my mother in laws 70th birthday while we were on vacation. Chef Marc contacted me, telling me he was interested in the job and would have his assistant contact me. She called me quickly after the exchange and we began to discuss what they could provide and what I was looking for, they were very accommodating and made us very excited for the event. I made my menu selections and told them the date I was interested in was specific (due to travel arrangements and a surprise visitor joining us for dinner) and that I was ready with payment on 04/29 to reserve the date. Coleen didn’t get back to me until Monday 2pm, because of the weekend and thanked me for my response asking me to confirm the address. I sent my response on Tuesday at 10am confirming the address and got no response. I figured they were busy and waited until the next day, Wednesday, to touch base again stating that I sent the address for confirmation and wanted to confirm date, she responded on Thursday at 5:30pm saying “I’m sorry, I cannot see the address, I must have missed an email” at 6:09 pm, I responded and said no problem, confirmed the date yet again and gave the address. At 10:30pm on Friday I get a message that says because of the delay the date was booked....??? What delay? I was prompt in my messages and have all records of our correspondence, I was ready with payment on 04/29... they didn’t have a deposit for me to pay until the menu was decided on. I decided on, I picked my menu that same day. 04/29. So now I have a birthday party planned and no chef. I don’t live in Florida so it’s not like I can find a replacement easy in this short of time. I honestly just feel like they got a bigger job offer and decided to take that one instead. Very disappointed. To improve your business I would suggest you take a deposit of any amount to hold dates for potential clients. Details can always be worked out later!
