- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To book and block a date on my calendar for your event you must first pay a 50% non-returnable retainer fee for the event cost. In the event that you decide to not go forward with the event the 50% non-returnable retainer fee will stay with the photographer as payment for separating the time block on the photographer’s calendar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with any customer new or old my prices starts with finding out what their needs and wants are and then facilitating for them, serving them and exceeding their expectations to give them that "Wow" effect. I want them to remember me with a smile on their face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I shadowed and practiced with my mentor (a twenty year+ Wedding professional photographer) for 7 months with out pay. I didn’t pay to go to photography school but I paid my dues with my time and experience in the field as an intern and apprentice.
