Excellent contractor and excellent prices. Would definitely hire Raymond and his company RZ Builds for future work. I had my entire home painted by Raymond. He came out a few times to touch up areas and remove some over spray. Excellent Contractor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are licensed and insured company. We can do either jobs by the hour or for a fixed price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions, to make sure the project turns out the way the customer sees it. Then I follow up with what we discussed on paper. When the project is done, we do a walk thru to make sure everything was addressed per the quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction field for over 20 years.
