- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is done on an hourly basis, this helps my clients have as much and as little control over their spending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is getting to know them by way of a very detailed consultation. This usually includes the client displaying their current style and wardrobe. My goal is to really understand where they are and where they would like to be- style wise, image wise and confidence wise. Following this it becomes a personal journey tailored to the client.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no "type" of customer that I work with. I have worked with clients from the age of 6 and up from different walks of life. From artists, to students, to business owners, to clergy, to military personnel to corporate professionals and everything in-between. My expertise lies in helping entrepreneurs and executives translate their message in their image and wardrobe.
