No, each project and work is different as involves many details, so short visit helps to prepare accurate as possible proposal to avoid any changes and to plan all work needed, also it helps for customers to avoid unexpected expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Welcome visit 2. Determine the problem, discuss the possible solutions 3. Preparing proposal with as much detailed information as possible 4. Deposit in some cases is needed (20-50%), but mostly we do everything at our expense 5. We working hard for the job we was hired 5. Happy customer pays for our work :)
