Tomas had car trouble at the time he was supposed to come, not his fault. He still showed up before Thumtack's arbitrary time. The software would only let me choose 1230, while we agreed on 9AM. He sent me photos as he worked, so I could see what was under the shingles. Looked like very good work. The job was done in a timely manner with the price being VERY reasonable. The 2nd part was a leak around the chimney, which I had been battling for years. Hopefully it will be fixed, hasn't rained since. This was an afterthought, and he did this very cheaply (costwise) and with any luck, will last the rest of my life. If not, nothing ventured, nothing gained, and next time will be very expensive.
Details: Shingles or tiles need to be repaired or replaced • No, I'm not experiencing any of these problems • Single-level building • 11 - 20 years old • Asphalt shingles • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential

Did a great job his material cost more than estimated and he did not charge me more, but I paid him for the extra cost. He even called when he was going to be an hour late to start job, can not give better rating to this company. Did the job right, on time, and did not even want to charge me for extra material, do not find people this good this honest now days.
Details: Entire portions of roof need to be repaired • Interior (attic or ceiling) water stains or leaks • Single-level building • All flat and walkable • 11 - 20 years old • Asphalt shingles • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential
