- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give you a quote, we explain the labor and materials involved in coming up with that quote. Additionally we explain our process and answer an questions you may have about your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact, we will arrange a time to meet with you to review the site and discuss what it is you are wanting to achieve. This begins the quote process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied construction management in college and have worked in the residential construction industry for over 25 years.
