FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a discussion about the client's wishes and their business. To discuss what it is they need for their business and what it is they expect from me to reach that end. Second, I will go over some specifics with the client about their project. Offer them some options as far as the look, layout, fonts, etc which they might prefer. Third, I deliver several options of how their specifics may be combined. From here we refine the product and create the final product. Fourth, we finalize the exchange of deliverables and financials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA focused specifically in graphic design, and a Master's of mass communication under which i studied marketing, advertising, and publishing. I have roughly ten years field experience primarily working with individual, startups, and small businesses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have my whole life been interested in the arts. It was not until my last year of high school, having moved in the middle of my junior year and finding the arts program lacking that I met a professor who encouraged me to take up the digital arts, a concept I had not previously considered. It was due to this woman that the course of my life changed. While I still produce fine arts, it is thanks to her that I have completed a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a master's degree in mass communication.
