- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will be itemized to include; materials, labor(floor removing and disposing, floor preparation, material transportation and installation) and project management. Informal Estimates with no measurement will be offered at no cost. Formal estimates with itemized charges and measurements will be charged at $ 40/each, refundable if project is accepted and job is performed to customer's satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Steps for working with a new customer are as follows: 1. First contact will be a conversation to gather information of customers needs and expectations. 2. Second we will discuss customers options and make appointment for material selection at Wholesalers showrooms, unless customer knows what he wants and Project Manager can take samples for selection to customer's home. 3. Third we will set up an appointment for measuring areas and to inspect the floors to be able to prepare an estimate of the project. 4. Finally we present the formal Estimate and if accepted sign a contract for the job. We will be accepting 50% of the Total of the project when Contract is signed and the Balance after the job is finished and we do a walkthrough with the client.

I have a Sales Adviser Certification of the NWFA and have sold and overlooked over 300 Installation Projects.
