What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that the most important thing is to be confident and clear, to show yourself able and capable of doing the job and to try to solve all the costumer’s doubts.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a helpers with some friends a few years ago and now with all the experience that I got, I felt capable and professional to do what I really like and enjoy.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We worked at house that’s had a awful and old laminate and the costumer were looking for a 650sft vinyl installation. We had to do the demolition of the laminate and padding to start the installation of the vinyl that the costumer bought, it takes about 8 hours to do the whole job. The results were REALLY AMAZING.
