- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All year long I have discounted “mini” sessions with limitations available. They change seasonally, and you can find that information on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you, and from there we will discuss a time & location for your shoot. After the shoot, you will receive a sneak peak within 3 days, and the full online gallery between 2 week - a month, depending on the package that you decide to go with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took classes in school, and I am adobe photoshop certified!
